The Law Office of David J. Dunn, P.C. was formed in 1988. The firm's name was subsequently changed to Dunn & Weathered, P.C. In 2003, the firm's name was changed to Dunn, Weathered, Coffey, Rivera & Kasperitis, P.C. The firm has attained Martindale-Hubbell's highest rating for legal ability and ethical standards and is also listed in Martindale-Hubbell's Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.
The firm is engaged in a general civil trial and appellate practice. With the exception of Frank Weathered's appellate practice, the vast majority of the firm's business is in the insurance defense area. Mr. Weathered's appellate practice includes insurance defense matters as well as a great deal of commercial litigation, including oil and gas disputes, and class action litigation.
